Our Role

We engage with developers early in the process—during the entitlement process—to provide informed and constructive input on proposed projects.

By focusing on key factors such as traffic, density, open space, use, and overall community impact, we help improve projects and support better outcomes for the existing community and for those investing in Deer Valley.

We are not an official city entity. However, we serve as a trusted, community-informed voice that helps bridge the gap between developers of new projects and the existing residential and business community.
